Regarding receipts issued by overseas booking sites
Receipts issued by overseas booking sites do not comply with the invoice system.
Receipts issued when making reservations through online payments from overseas booking sites do not correspond to qualified invoices or receipts (invoices) used in Japan.
In addition, if you make a reservation using online payment through an overseas booking site, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt.
If you require an invoice and are considering making a reservation with prepayment, please contact the accommodation reservation site you plan to use to find out whether it supports invoices.
Even if you request an accommodation certificate or similar document, we will provide you with one that does not have the invoice number printed on it.
If you would like one, please let us know when you check in. We will give it to you when you check out.
If you require a receipt that corresponds to a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice) used in Japan, please make a reservation through the official website.
