Notice Regarding Receipts Issued by Overseas Booking Sites
Receipts issued by overseas booking sites are not compatible with Japan’s Qualified Invoice
System.
Receipts issued upon online payment through overseas booking sites do not qualify as appropriate
receipts or invoices under Japan’s invoice system.
In addition, if you made a reservation through an overseas booking site with online payment, our hotel
will not be able to issue a receipt.
If you require a qualified invoice and are considering prepayment, please check whether the booking site
is a registered invoice issuer, or contact the site directly.
If you request a certificate of stay, please note that it will not include a Qualified Invoice Issuer
Number (invoice).
If needed, please notify us at check-in; the certificate will be issued at check-out.
If you require an invoice that complies with Japan’s Qualified Invoice System, please book via
our official website.
