PRIORITY EARLY CHECK-IN

Please inform us of your request on the day of check-in. You will only be given priority if your room is ready when you arrive on the day of check-in. You may enter your room up to one hour before the check-in time. However, if you wish to guarantee early check-in in advance, you may do so for an additional fee as specified by each hotel. *Some facilities such as resorts and inns are not eligible.

MEMBERSHIP STAGES

Membership stages vary depending on the actual usage within the aggregation period.

■ Accumulation Period
One year from the month of membership registration (Accumulation is reset on the first day of the month of membership registration each year)
■ Total Eligible
Only reservations made by members on the official website will be counted. Reservations made prior to membership registration, reservations made without logging in, reservations made by phone or at the front desk, and reservations made through other reservation sites are not eligible. The actual usage of room reservations will be calculated based on the check-out date.

STAGE UPGRADE

The new stage will be determined based on the total of your achievements for one year from the month of your membership registration. If your usage reaches the new tier criteria during the tallying period, the new tier will be applied to you from the day after your check-out. The stage will continue for one year from the following year's membership registration month. Even if you are upgraded during your stay, the benefits of the new tier will not be available until your next check-in.

STAGE DOWN

Stage down is only available once a year. Each year, the membership stage will be lowered if, as a result of a one-year performance tally from the month of membership registration, the member does not meet the criteria for maintaining the membership stage at that point in time.

・Same length of stay (check-in and check-out time)
・Same method of payment
・Same cancellation conditions
・Same services and benefits (including amenities)
・Same plan contents, services and privileges (including amenities)

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following cases will be excluded from the comparison. Please note that the following are excluded from the comparison.
・Rates that are not targeted to the general public, such as corporate rates, group rates, or rates offered in cooperation with a specific facility.
・Rates for unusual plans that the hotel cannot control the period or rates for, such as sudden limited-time sales promotions on other websites.
